Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels or packaging materials.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@pawsparity.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
